Description
Grape variety: Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet and native grape varieties
Farming technique: cordon-train Yield per hectare: 7 – 9 metric tons
Harvest: end of September and October; hand harvest in 15 kg crates with selection of the bunch in the vineyard and selection of the berry in the winery
Vinification: in steel tanks with temperature control, 10 to 18 days of maceration depending on the grape variety
Aging: in steel tanks for eighteen months with fine lees subject to bâtonnage
Refinement: in the bottle for a minimum of four months

Description
Grape variety: 100 percent Trebbiano Spoletino
Farming technique: Guyot, 5000 grapevines per hectare
Yield per hectare: 7-8 metric tons
Harvest: second ten days of October; hand harvest in 15 kg crates with selection of the bunch in the vineyard and selection of the grape in the winery
Vinification: 18 – 24 hours cold maceration of the whole berries, gentle press and cold fermentation in steel tanks
Aging: in steel tanks with fine lees subject to bâtonnage, then in 500 liters French oak barrels for a total of seven months
Refinement: in the bottle for four months
